What is your return policy?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, we will refund the price of goods returned within 30 days of the date of purchase provided in form of credits. The return products are in a saleable condition. Goods must be accompanied by a valid delivery dispatch note. Please allow up to 28 days for postal returns to be processed. Items returned will be exchanged for goods to the value of the current selling price or credited to your membership points for future purchases.
Do you offer reference discount?
We offer discounts to new registered members, as well as to members who referred in some circumstances. For more details, please keep up with our announcements.
Where is the pick up point?
For Belgian buyers, we offer you the pickup option to receive your orders. The pick-up in person point will be at Montgomery Metro Station.

Pre-order and Backorders, Delivery policy
Our products will be officially launched from the middle of August. We offer 10% off for all of our pre-orders. Also, we promise to ship your pre-order in priority from 25/08.
Delivery options within Belgium via Bpost or at In-Person Pick-up Point.
Standard delivery fee: Free shipping for above €50 purchases. €5.70 charged for Under €50 Purchases.
2. In-Person Pick-up Point: Free. @ Montgomery Metro Station
Delivery options for Germany, France, Netherlands via Bpost. Standard delivery fee: Free shipping for above €70 purchases. €16.40 charged for under €70 purchases.
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders will be updated and sent via emails and sms. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.
Please check your mailbox and our website frequently to get to know when pre-order items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
If you do place a pre-order from our store, please note the following:
Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
Pre-order timelines will be same to all products.
